Know Gigi !

Gigi Messina was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta–Canada.  She has worked in sales for the past 6 years at one of the countries Largest Retail Furniture Stores.  Working long hours, every weekend and all holidays.  The money was great but she always yearned for her own Internet business that she could run from home with the freedom it provides.

The first time she got excited about the Internet was on eBay over 10 years ago.  She sold Baywatch swimsuits that she bought straight from a manufacturer.  Little did she know what a hit they would be.  It was actually an experiment.  Well she was hooked as sold her swimsuits for about $200 -$250US.  Unfortunately, the company shut down and her golden nugget was gone.  Those were the early days.

Now, after many years of searching for the right program, she knew she had finally found it.  I can’t tell you how excited she is to be with Alex Jeffrey’s Coaching Class. Her goal is to replace her income and become a full time marketer whilst sharing everything she learns with you.

Until then, enjoy The Journey…

Calgary eh? I guess I won’t hold that against you. :) can certainly see how you would have done well with those swimsuits considering the popularity of the show.

    Cheers,

    Hi Gigi,

I was just wondering if you are still in Calgary, I see Rod is from Edmonton and I live in Medicine Hat. Small world after all…

And Rod Baywatch was a very good show even without the swimsuits ;)

Gigi, your swimsuit idea is a great illustration of what Alex teaches us about positioning ourselves. People liked Baywatch, people want to look like the stars of Baywatch, so they want Baywatch-style swimsuits … where can I get them ? Let’s try eBay … Oh ! Here are some … cool ! Where’s my credit card ? You had what people wanted and you just put yourself in their way ;-)

Too bad you lost your supplier :-(

But congratulations on signing up with Alex ! I’m looking forward to hearing more.

    Take care,

    Roger

    Hi Gigi,

This section has truly inspired me as I am just about to set up a new outlet for a product which would be much more in demand if more people knew about it.

One of my missions is to setup a new blog and sales system for that specific purpose and your post has reminded me of what I need to do! So thanks!

Regarding Alex Jeffreys and Dean Holland, you should follow their advice and they will show you (and me) the way!

Thanks a lot and I wish you ongoing success!

    Hi Gigi

I was part of Alex’s first coaching program last year – one of the Fortunate 500 :)

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to the next generation of students and to say that you will learn so much from the course and to stick with it

    Regards

    Doug

Hey Doug, thanks for visiting. Nice to hear from a former student who’s been through the course.
Yes, I’m excited about this course and the possibilities ahead. Hope to hear from you again.

    Hi Alvin,
Yep, still in Calgary. It is scary how small a world it is sometimes.
About the Swimsuits–you are naughty Alvin!!
    I LIKE that!! LOL

Hey Rod, It’s the old Calgary-Edmonton rivalry. Hopefully, soon I’ll be on a beach somewhere
far, far away–sipping on an umbrella drink. SNAP!! OK-back to reality–oh isn’t that the
    Gurus Dream??

    Hi Gigi

Just popping in to say hello to another of Alex’s students.

As far as the swimsuits, look on the bright side this is probably whats gave you the drive to become successful. Once you get a little taste of success you yearn for more.

    Catch you Later

    Hi Gigi,

Great job on your blog, I know you had some questions at first.
Your experience points out the importance of not having all your eggs in one basket. We need to strive to have multiple sources so if one drys up there is one to replace it. I had a similar experience with sites running Adsense. Just when I was about to quit my job, everything changed almost overnight.

Keep up the good work. I am sure we will all be successful with Alex.

    Hi Gigi,

Absolutely loved your blog – so jealous of your skills seeing I am just starting our in my internet marketing career.

We actually have a Thai silk fabric website, not so good for swimsuits! but we live in a small Thai village and I want to help them and also help my family my making a success of this opportunity with Alex’s MWA 3.0 program.

Your blog site is so easy to read and it looks very professional – I am going to try and emulate that as I progress….still trying to learn how to drive my WordPress blog actually!

  • By Gigi Messina, May 15, 2010 @ 1:21 PM

Thanks Peter for your kind remarks. Wish you best of luck with your course.

    Hey Gigi,

I actually have quite a few friends from Calgary and I still have great memories from my trip of when I visited a couple of years ago. I so wish I lived there with the fresh air, friendly people and great food!

Anyhow, I love the Tunafish post. You describe it so well. It’s a great metaphor and I’m sure you’ll be attracting shoal of Tuna in no time!

    Keep up the good work!

    Hi Gigi
Oh to live in Canada, you lucky lady – great country, nice people and you have hockey (I’m a Leafs fan in the UK).
MWA 3 is the place to be and Alex certainly is “The Man”.
Good luck with your interview with him, maybe you could ask him if he likes Baywatch ;-)

    Take care

    Ken
